Desperate for fame, Ali Lohan is turning to quick fixes and surgeons' needles. Hot! Ali, who will soon be starring in a reality show that documents her pursuit of rehab, uh stardom, which will be whored by her mother, self-proclaimed "White Oprah" Dina Lohan.
