Alec Baldwin Taken to Hospital for Pills

It's hard to get the exact story here, but it looks like Alec Baldwin's  14-year-old daughter Ireland called 911 saying Baldwin was unresponsive. After Paramedics arrived at his Apartement, Baldwin was taken to Lennox Hill Hospital and was released after an hour. However, other reports claim that Baldwin had threatened to take pills after they argued. According to various reports, when police and medics arrived at his apartment, Baldwin was awake and agreed to be taken to the hospital for examination.  Balwin's publicist said that the whole thing was just a misunderstanding and that we will be back tomorrow for work.

"This was a misunderstanding on one person's part. Alec was quickly released from the hospital; he's completely fine and will be at work today," the 51-year-old actor's spokesman, Matthew Hiltzik, said in a statement.

Baldwin and his daughter have had "misunderstandings" in the past - like the time he called her a "rude, thoughtless little pig" after she had missed his telephone call.
