Alexandra Forbes Kerry Arrested

John Kerry's daughter, Alexandra Forbes Kerry, was busted early this morning on suspicion of DUI in Los Angeles.

TMZ is reporting that Alexandra violated a traffic law that was caught by a nearby cop. Police conducted a field sobriety test and it appeared that Kerry was under the influence. Kerry was arrested and cops asked her to take a preliminary alcohol screening test in the field, but she refused. She was taken to the station where a blood test was administered. The blood showed that Kerry had a BAC of .06, less than the legal limit of .08.

Alexandra most likely not be prosecuted because the DA doesn't bust people with a BAC under a .08 unless their driving is really affected by the alcohol.
