Alicia Silverstone Strips Nude for PETA

Alicia took it off for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) in an effort to promote their website goveg.com.

Is there anything sexy about tofu and veggie burgers? PETA says "yes," and is trying out the good old fashioned sex sells tactic to attract press. With punchy slogans like "Alicia Silverstone's Sexy Veggie PSA," images like the one above, and a sexy video, making the world a more peaceful place for animals just got a whole lot sexier.

"Like most people, I wasn’t always a vegetarian, but I’ve always loved animals," Alicia Silverstone says on PETA's website. "If you ever have a chance to meet a cow, pig, turkey, or goat, you will see that they are just as cute and funny as your dogs and cats and that they, too, want to live and feel love."

The 30-second video, which was directed by Dave Meyers, will air on the Food Network, Lifetime and E! in the beef capital -- Houston, Texas -- before being shown across the U.S.
