Anna Nicole Smith Paternity Test: Deadline Set

After months of legal battles, Anna Nicole Smith has finally been ordered to submit her 4-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, to a paternity test no later than Jan. 23. The battle over the child is between ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and Smith's lawyer turned lover, Howard K. Stern.  The Judge, Robert A. Schnider issued the date Tuesday, two weeks after he ruled in favor of Birkhead. In October Birkhead had sued Smith, saying that he was the father of her child and that she and Stern had committed fraud. The suit alleges that Stern is only claiming to be the rightful father for financial gain. Smith and Birkhead are allowed to use the DNA lab of their choice.

Looks like there really is such a thing as karma. Everyone must remember when Smith married oil billionaire J. Howard Marshall. They were a match made from any man's dreams; Smith 26, Marshall 89! Of course they wed and she inherited over a half a billion dollars when he died not long after. So whoever the real father is. I can bet you  they  are both  crossing their fingers for a hand in that piggy bank!
