Britney Spears Barred from Driving with Kids

After TMZ caught Britney Spears blowing through a red light while texting -- with her kids sleeping in the back seat, K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, salivated.

Kaplan told reporters, "All I can tell you is orders have been made. They have not been released by the court so I can't discuss the contents."

However, an inside source has leaked to the press that a judge barred Spears from driving with her kids today during a sealed, 90-minute hearing at L.A. Superior Court.

Spears and Kevin Federline are due back in court November 26.
