Britney Spears' Courthouse Catastrophe

The Britney Spears circus of a custody hearing was a complete disaster for the Spears camp (if there's anyone left in that camp besides Britney).

Kevin Federline arrived at the hearing shortly after 9 a.m. for the 9:30 hearing, while Spears remained a no-show throughout the morning. Although she is not technically required to be at the hearing, her legal team has strongly advised she show. Well... the story is too bizarre to relay in detail, but basically, Britney finally showed up, then took off, then went to church, then to the Gaucho Grill, then to a supermarket parking lot, then home. Hey man, the girl's got errands.

The hearing is focusing on Britney's latest hospital visit. Britney is supposed to testify at this hearing and is reportedly "scared."

Update: TMZ is reporting that after testimony from the LAPD and Britney's court-appointed monitor, the Commissioner ruled that Britney will not have visitation restored. The next hearing will be on February 19.
