Lawyers for Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline will be meeting at L.A. Superior Court today. However, neither Britney nor Kevin will be there.
While there are no expected custody changes planned for today's hearing, there is a posslbe glimmer of hope for Un-fitney in the near future. According to US magazine, K-Fed wants Britney back in their sons' lives. "It has always been, and it is now and will continue to be, his desire for the children to have their mother in their life under whatever conditions are reasonable, based on progress," K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told Extra TV.
"Federline is doing everything that he can to make up for the fact that the boys are with him and keeping family around and trying to have them not aware that there's any change whatsoever... He's doing great at being a parent."
Well, we're pretty sure little Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 17 months, have notice considerable change. One: Their orange soda bottles have actually been swapped for milk. Two: They're no longer clinging for their dear lives on the straps of Britney's tank tops. And three: There isn't paparazzi swarming them constantly.
