Britney Spears Mumbles 'Toxic' to Herself in Empty Bar

From the height of fame, to tragic loneliness, things keep spiraling downward for Britney Spears who now performs at slightly smaller venues -- as staff at the Rosarito Beach Hotel said Spears appeared to be "high" and was mumbling "Toxic" to herself in an empty bar.

Spears, who has yet to show for a custody hearing that could determine whether or not she sees her children again, has also recently told a friend she'll kill herself if her parents try to commit her.

According to Bang Showbiz, as Spears was pursued by the paparazzi, she reportedly yelled to a friend on the phone, "They're not sending me to the nut house! No one can make me go - and I'm not going. I'll kill myself before I let them lock me up again. So tell Mama and Daddy I said so. Oh, my God, it's over for me."

According to TMZ, Spears has indeed left her house and it is unclear as to whether she is on her way to the custody hearing. Stay tuned to The Beat for updates.
