Hottie Carmen Electra is set to tie the knot for the third time. Her rocker beau Rob Patterson popped the question during Electra's 36th birthday celebrations in Las Vegas, Nev., over the weekend.

"He told friends three days ago that he got engaged," a source told People magazine. "The ring is a black diamond set in white diamonds."

The hasty engagment comes as a shock to friends close to the couple since they have been dating for less than a year. Electra has previously been married to Dave Navarro and Dennis Rodman.
