Carrie Underwood took the stage at the 2009 CMAs to perform her hit song "Cowboy Casanova."

The 26-year-old American Idol alum wore a long white peignoir with purple sequined hot-pants underneath. Underwood co-hosted the show with Brad Paisley, who seemed slightly hot and bothered after her performance.

"How hot was that dress?" Paisley said. "You wouldn't believe the view that Little Jimmy Dickens got backstage. Paramedics say he's been stabilized!"
