Getting fired has never been so good for a person's career than it has been for Conan O'Brien's. The comic who was booted from The Tonight Show in favor of a less funny comic, now has a cool $40 million in his pocket (sans payouts to his loyal staff) as well as a huge spike in popularity. Yes, the world is O'Brien's proverbial oyster.

Now, Conan is embarking on a 30 city comedy tour. He tweeted:  "Hey Internet: I'm headed to your town on a half-assed comedy & music tour. Go to http://TeamCoco.com for tix. I repeat: It's half-assed."

Cocoheads are going crazy trying to get their hands on tickets  - which are selling out fast. Craigslist is also filling up with scalpers trying to make a buck. Among the cities O'Brien will be hitting up are Las Vegas, Eugene, Vancouver (BC), San Francisco, Boulder, Reno, Pheonix, Tulsa and more!

In a statement, O'Brien said, "It was either a massive 30-city tour or start helping out around the house."
