Court Docs Say Courtney Love Abused Frances Bean Cobain

Frances Bean Cobain is out of harm's way.
There is now evience suggesting that Courtney Love may have physically abused the daughter she had with her late husband, Nivarna frontman Kurt Cobain. Documents have surfaced which suggest domestic violence may have been a factor in placing Frances Bean Cobain in the care of her grandparents. A judge also issued a temporary restraining order barring Love from contacting Frances.
Moreover, TMZ has found documents filed by the guardianship asking to seal all court documents that relate "to a minor and allegations of domestic violence." The papers also refer to sealing Frances Bean's medical records. The docs also say, "In this proceeding, every document reveals details of Frances's (sic) relationship with her mother."
Courtney Love's behavior of late has become more and more erratic. After Frances was placed in the care of grandmother Wendy O'Connor (Kurt Cobain's mother) and her aunt Kimberly Dawn Cobain, Courtney wrote on her Facebook page that her 17-year-old daughter is "not always honest" and "clearly deluded."
Cobain's family claims Love has been an unfit parent for years, with Charles Fradenburg, Kurt Cobain's uncle, telling TMZ that the family has "been trying to get custody of Frances for quite a few years" and that Courtney can "barely take care of herself."
