Courtney Love and American Express Sue Each Other

American Express is suing Courtney Love,  claiming she owes $352,059.67 in unpaid bills. However, Courtney, who recently lost custody of her daughter, Francis Bean, says that she doesn't owe the credit card company squat and has filed a countersuit against them.

Courtney claims AmEx issued a "massive" number of cards in her name without her knowledge or consent and that she never made any purchases with the cards. Love's lawyer says that AmEx issued 104 credit cards in Courtney's name. She is suing for damages plus interest.
