Dancing With the Stars Odds: Spice Girl's Scary Cha-Cha

Mahmoud Ahmedinejad isn’t the only foreign visitor who should be put on the first plane out of the country. Monday’s season premiere of "You’re Off the A-List," aka Dancing with the Stars, gave us another reason to believe anyone associated with the Spice Girls is a disaster waiting to happen.

Melanie Brown (Mel B, Scary Spice) introduced herself to dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy with an insult about his cocky demeanor then proceeded to bitch it up for their practice session on the cha-cha. They earned high marks from the judges but in a competition with some classy and talented dames, Mel B’s performance was cringe-inducing.

Some of the other contestants included old-timers Marie Osmond and Jane Seymour and young stars Sabrina Bryan and Josie Maran. Brown is still one of the favorites to win season five of the popular ABC reality TV show. On Tuesday, the men take the stage with stars ranging from billionaire brat Mark Cuban, lounge lizard Wayne Newton, boxing bad boy Floyd Mayweather and former Indy 500 champ Helio Castroneves.
