David Cook Nails National Anthem at NBA Finals

David Cook belted out the Star Spangled Banner last night before the Lakers took the win against the Celtics by six points in Game 3 of the NBA Finals.

After hitting all the notes, reportedly Cook looked relieved backstage.

"It was crazy," Cook told People magazine. "I still have the shakes a little bit. I got through it. I don't think I messed up any words."

Cook's new girlfriend, fellow Idol alum Kimberly Caldwell, was cheering him on from the sidelines.
