The cougarlicious Demi Moore appeared on David Letterman last night to promote her new flick Flawless. When Dave commented on her "amazing" looks, Demi felt the need to give us all some TMI by revealing that her beauty secret is allowing leeches to suck her blood.

Well... the leeches probably did a pretty good job, but it could have something to do with the shitload of plastic surgery Moore has had to fix her saggy knees, boobs, lips, hips, thighs and stomach.

Moore told Letterman, "I feel like I've always been someone looking for the cutting edge of things that optimize your health and healing. I was in Austria doing a cleanse and part of the treatment was leech therapy."
