Donald Trump Sued for $4 Billion

TMZ is reporting that Nights at Vegas, a real estate property management company who worked with Donald Trump on his International Hotel & Tower in Las Vegas, is suing the crap outta him.

Nights at Vegas claims Trump is violating anti-trust laws and is seeking a whopping $1 billion in compensatory damages and $3 billion in punitives.

The skinny is that when Nights at Vegas leases a unit, both they and Donald's management company take a cut of the rental income from the owner. However according to the lawsuit, The Donald has prohibited them from using the name "Trump" in any of their marketing, which they say makes it impossible for them to do business.
