Eminem Resurfaces in Health Scare

Eminem has been thrust back into the spotlight after a recent health scare. The rapper, who has been out of the public eye since the release of his Shady Records mixtape, The Re-Up, in December of 2006, was reportedly rushed to the hospital after suffering a serious heart condition as well as complications from severe pneumonia.

The rapper's publicist told TMZ: "Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem, was under doctor's care at a Detroit-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia. He has since been released and is doing well recovering at home."

TMZ also reported that Eminem's weight has ballooned to over 200 lbs. He is currently recovering at his home in Michigan.
