Farrah Fawcett, best known for her role as Jill Munroe in the TV series, Charlie’s Angels, was reportedly hospitalized in critical condition last Thursday evening.

Sixty-two-year-old Fawcett has been battling recurring anal cancer for the last three years. In early 2007 she excitedly declared to fans that she had beat it and was finally cancer free.

"In the face of excruciating pain and uncertainly, I never lost hope and it never occurred to me to stop fighting – not ever.”

Sadly the cancer returned again that spring. Now Fawcett has apparently taken a turn for the worse as she was hospitalized in an unconscious state.

This is on the tail of returning from Germany where she was taking part in experimental treatments using stem cells. A process she described as "tiring."

Currently at Fawcett’s bedside are her long-time boyfriend Ryan O’Neal and their son Redmond who quit drug rehabilitation on Wednesday after failing a drug test.
