Just one day after being arrested at the Panama City Airport for being in contempt of court, infamous opportunist, Joe Francis is in trouble with the law again, but this time for tax evasion. As reported by thesmokinggun.com, Francis has been indicted for illegally deducting more than $20 million in phony business expenses from his 2002 and 2003 corporate tax returns. He also tried to conceal income through the use of offshore companies and nominees.
Francis was arrested Tuesday on an unrelated federal warrant stemming from a civil lawsuit brought against him by seven underage women who were filmed by "Girls Gone Wild" in 2003. The contempt citation was issued after Francis agreed to, then ignored a judge's order to settle the case with the aid of a mediator. Reportedly Francis was on his way to voluntarily turn himself in when he was recognized and arrested by airport police.
Who needs those drunk, underage "Girls Gone Wild" girls when there are hot (and sober) Bodog Girls?!
