In one of the most bitter divorces ever to play out in the media, Heather Mills, the estranged wife of Paul McCartney is set to prevail with a 25-million-pound settlement.

Britain's Evening Standard reported that the judge who presided over a final round of talks last month between the dueling couple, sent details of his proposed ruling to both sides, and they have raised no major objections.

In other hilarious news, it was reported recently that McCartney claimed Mills bugged his home, recording conversations where he was laughing about her amputated leg. Heh.
