They say hindsight is 20/20. Therefore, Helio Castroneves is so, so sorry he scammed millions of dollars off the government. After pleading not guilty to tax fraud reportedly, Helio cried throughout his hearing.

TMZ is reporting that bond was set at $10 million -- $8 mil of which is security, from one of Helio's accounts in the Netherlands.

His lawyer and sister were also arraigned, as they both were in on the tax scheme. Castroneves allegedly used an offshore shell company to hide his earnings from the IRS.
