Hilary Duff Denies Lip Synching Accusations

What happened to the good old days, when pop stars used to off themselves over lip synching scandals?

After her concert in Mexico, irate fans are now accusing Hilary Duff of lip synching after an awkward moment on stage -- but Duff's reps are saying that a faulty mic is to blame. Reportedly, her wireless microphone was accidentally set to mute for the first few seconds of the gig, but was then corrected. 

The singer’s rep told press: “She was not lip-synching. It was faulty equipment. There was no sound coming out, but she was singing.”
