Jason Wahler Arrested in Mexico

Getting arrested in Mexico is pre-tay stupid. Anyone who has ever gone down there knows that law enforcement  can be corrupt and their legal system is not as fair as what we have  in North America. Therefore, when you get your ass tossed in a Mexican  jail, who knows when you'll get out.  

TMZ is reporting that former Laguna Beach star Jason  Wahler got into  a brawl at a  club called the Pink Kitty  in Cabo San Lucas - and now,  although he was  last seen being cuffed and hauled away by police in the back of a pick-up truck, Mexican  authorities  are saying they have no record  of Wahler at the city jail.  

This isn't Wahler's first brush with the law. He  was arrested in 2007 on charges of assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking. Then, with  only 11 days left on his probation for that incident, Wahler was arrested at a Laguna Beach bar for throwing his shoes after being ejected  from the establishment. He was booked on battery and public intoxication charges.
