Jay-Z Gambles on Marriage

After six years of dating, Beyonce and Jay-Z finally got married in the shadow of a media frenzy in NYC on Friday. Perezhilton reports that the wedding was a white affair, with guests wearing cream-colored outfits. Attendees included family members, the lesser-known members of Destiny's Child (Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams), as well as Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband Chris Martin.

Rumors the couple were finally taking the plunge had been circulating for days -- but it wasn't until an entourage of SUVs with tinted windows paraded down nearby streets was the media's suspicions confirmed.
