Though she's had a tragic year, some good news for American Idol alum and Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson has something to celebrate - the birth of her little boy she named, David Daniel Otunga, Jr. Hudson is married to I Love New York star and Harvard Law grad David Otunga. He reportedly proposed to Hudson with a Neil Lane engagement ring on her 27th birthday.

David Jr. weighs 7 lbs and 14 oz and the couple did not know the sex of the baby in advance so they bought both blue and pink clothes.
