Oscar-winning actress and American Idol alum, Jennifer Hudson, has arrived in Tampa for her Super Bowl debut. Hudson is slated to sing the National Anthem at Sunday's Super Bowl, her first performance since the tragic slaying of her mother, brother and nephew back in October.

The 27-year-old showed up at a Tampa airport on Friday carrying one of her Pomeranian puppies. She has apparently told close friends and family that she wants to get back into the swing of things.

She is a strong girl, a girl of faith," Faith Hill told the Associated Press. "I believe to come and perform the national anthem, which is this country's favorite song, at a time that our country is stepping up and moving forward for future generations I think it's just the perfect choice."

Hill will be performing "America the Beautiful," at Sunday's game between the Arizona Cardinals and Pittsburgh Steelers. John Legand will give a pre-game show, while Bruce Springsteen will rock out the halftime show. Make Sunday's big game a little more exciting by putting some cash on it.
