Jennifer Lopez to Earn $50K Per Minute

After Jennifer Lopez appeared on American Idol trying to rid herself of her diva image by dropping the J.Lo., she is back to her diva-like ways earning a larger-than-life paycheck. Lopez reportedly stopped going by J.Lo, telling Britain’s The Guardian newspaper: "I’m not J.Lo any more. That’s all gone with all the ridiculous stories about tantrums and Egyptian sheets. That’s all my past."

However, reports are now circulating that although Lopez claims to be a diva no more, she is earning a diva-like paycheck reportedly slated to earn $2 million for a 40-minute gig. Andrei Melnichenko, a 35-year-old banker, is flying Jennifer Lopez to London to sing for his wife's 30th birthday party and is paying the singer $2 million to shake her famous junk. Melnichenko is shelling out $1.2 mil in appearance fees and $800K in expenses – mere peanuts to Melnichenko, who's net worth is a reported $5 billion.
