Joe Barber became the latest houseguest to get the boot on Big Brother 8 when he was selected for eviction on Thursday night.

With Barber gone, the man who survived the vote, Dick Donato, earned the coveted Head of Household title after winning a contest at the end of the episode. Dick, whose daughter Daniele is also one of the 12 remaining contestants, will have the opportunity to nominate two of his roommates for eviction next week. He already said one would be Kail, who backstabbed him this week.

In his final interview, Joe told host Julie Chen he hated losing while his ex-lover, Dustin, stayed in the contention for the half-million-dollar grand prize. During Thursday's episode, viewers got some inside knowledge on the Joe-Dustin gay relationship from Nate, the man who is now involved with Dustin.

Viewers also got lots of looks at Jen in her unitard, making it clear she's also auditioning for late-night HBO programming. Jen and Eric, who is America's Player (meaning he does as the audience wishes), are the current betting favorites with reality TV odds of 7/1 each.
Here are the latest Big Brother odds on who will win Season 8 of the hit CBS show:

Jen Johnson - 7/1

Eric Stein - 7/1

Kail Harbick - 15/2

Mike Dutz - 8/1

Dustin Erikstrup -19/2
