Joe Francis Beating Jayde Nicole Video Footage Surfaces

There has been a lot of hoopla about the Joe Francis-Jayde Nicole incident and now, there is video footage of what really went down. Francis allegedly assaulted Playboy's 2008 Playmate of the Year and girlfriend of Brody Jenner, Jayde Nicole. However, Francis had denied it, saying he would be exonerated by video. Well,   Radar obtained video footage of the attack and if by "exonerated" Francis means "caught red-handed beating the shit out of a girl" then Joe wins.

Francis had previously released the statement: "Jayde Nicole is an absolute and total liar. Her prior statements about the incident are not only slanderous and defamatory, but actionable.   The only thing that Jayde Nicole is famous for is having a tattoo of the word 'respect' above her vagina - for which we all know she has none of."

"He can't lie anymore!" Says Jayde Nicole after seeing the security camera footage from that night. "It makes me absolutely cringe."

Jayde Nicole, her boyfriend Brody Jenner, and a group of friends were at Guys and Dolls when Jayde said she saw Francis grabbing her friend and trying to kiss her. Jayde then reached through the crowd and dumped her drink on Joe's shoulder, then turned back to the bar. That's when Francis grabbed her by the hair and violently pulled her down, caveman style. Nicole is suing Francis for $1 million plus punitive damages, claiming she suffered a black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair, and utter emotional distress and humiliation.
