The lawsuits continue to mount for the doomed Joe Francis, who currently sits in a Nevada jail awaiting tax evasion charges. Two Florida women have sued Francis and his film company, claiming a sexually explicit video was released without their consent. Brooke Pastolic and Christina Brose claim in their suit filed this week that they were lured onto a "Girls Gone Wild'' tour bus with promises of free clothing.
Brose and Pastolic claim they were then coerced into taking part in sexual activities, and that the cameramen assured them the video would not be used. However, Pastolic and Brose have appeared on two separate "Girls Gone Wild" DVDs.
The women also allege they were given alcoholic beverages on the bus even though they were minors at the time. Attorneys for Francis deny the allegations.
