Joe Francis Tries to Block 'Girls Gone Wild' Tell-All

Former Girls Gone Wild employee Ryan Simkin is hoping to publish his book, FLASH! Bars, Boobs, and Busted: 5 Years on the Road with Girls Gone Wild. Sounds like a real page turner.

Simkin is now embroiled in a court battle with his former employer, legendary scumbag Joe Francis, who has tried to block book sales. The publisher, 4th Street Media, just filed court documents trying to stop Francis from blocking the sale of the book.

Why would Francis want the book blocked? Well, here's how Simkin's book describes him: "Convicted felon; child molester; jail-baiting pervert; pimp; sick bastard; sleaze-peddler; tax cheat; rapist; sleazehole; the epitome of a true misogynist, coked-out amoral direct marketer; violent thug; juvenile smut-peddler; sexual predator; one of the 50 most loathsome people in America; and the Douche of the Decade."

Ouch. That one's gonna leave a mark.

Meanwhile, Francis has found another enemy out there in the form of casino mogul Steve Wynn. Wynn sued Francis for a whopping $2 million in casino losses. Francis, who hasn't paid a penny on his debt, is claiming that the Wynn offered him a gambling discount because he was such a whale. Such discounts offer high rollers anywhere from 10% to 30% off gambling debts, but because Francis never paid anything on his losses, the casino rescinded their offer. Francis argues that he was never told there was a timeline to pay the debt and that he should only be liable for the discounted amount.

This war has been being waged for a while now, with Francis at one time saying, "Mr. Wynn has threatened to kill me ... He said he would hit me in the back of the head with a shovel and bury me in the desert."
