John Mayer Cries Over Racist Playboy Interview

John Mayer is sorry for the controversial Playboy  interview that hit the presses yesterday, where he compares his genitalia to a white supremacist and broke down at his concert last night in Nashville.

In the apology, Mayer skirted around  what was said in the interview, but  said he was trying to be "clever" and "did that at the expense of people I love."

"I quit the media game. I'm out. I'm done," a choked-up Mayer told the audience at the Sommet Center. "I just want to play my guitar."

Oh poor John Mayer has to quit the media game because everyone's against him. Or, he could just stop saying stupid things. Just a thought. Check out the video of his apology.
