John McCain Has Trouble Finding Spain

John McCain needs to brush up on some stuff. (Bodog Beat Image)"]
John McCain had a verbal blunder recently that went beyond just your average, run-of-the-mill political talking-head slip-up. In an interview with a Spanish reporter, McCain actually revealed that he thought Spain was located in Latin America. He added that he did not want to meet with Spanish Prime Minster Zapatero because he thought he was among those world leaders who want to harm America.
The Spanish reporter asked, "Senator, finally, let's talk about Spain. If you're elected president, would you invite President Zapatero to meet with you in the White House?"
In a long-winded, confused answer, McCain talked about Mexico. He added a line about the importance of our relationship with Latin America.
The reporter then said, "Okay, but I'm talking about Europe - the president of Spain, would you meet with him?"
McCain answered, "I will meet with any leader who has the same principles and philosophy as us in terms of human rights, democracy, and freedom and I will stand up to those who do not."
Bet on the presidential election in the Bodog Sportsbook now.
