Jon and Kate Gosselin Are Divorced

The biggest divorce of the year has been overshadowed by the Tiger Woods scandal - but yes, people, Jon and Kate Gosselin are officially divorced. The details of the settlement are mostly confidential, however, it  does look like  Jon might have to get a job or two.  As part of the settlement, Jon will have to pay Kate five  figures a month in  child support payments and, well,  Jon doesn't have  a job.  Jon  was also told he has to repay the  $235,000 he withdrew from their joint account. That amount was deducted from his piece of the settlement.

Kate’s attorney confirmed that  Kate “will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home” in Wernersville, Penn.

Kate said, “I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children and restructuring our lives.”
