Jon Gosselin's Apartment Ransacked

Somebody wielding a butcher knife slashed through Jon Gosselin's belongings and totally ransacked his New York City apartment. A note was left on his dresser with a knife through it, signed by Jon's ex, Hailey Glassman, however the police say with Jon and Hailey's relationship being so public, the perpetrator could be anyone.  However, whoever wrote the note called Jon "a cheater."

Jon's attorney tells TMZ when Jon entered his Manhattan apartment, he found his "shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings" had been slashed by a "sick perpetrator."

Items were also stolen including a TV, coffee maker, CD player and video console. Police fingerprinted the apartment and Jon  says he plans to press felony charges against the perpetrator.
