TMZ is reporting that 53-year-old actor Kelsey Grammer has suffered a heart attack while on vacation with his family in Hawaii.

Reportedly, Grammer was paddleboarding with his wife when he suffered a mild heart attack on Saturday.

He is currently at a hospital in Hawaii and is expected to be released later this week.

Grammer was recently in the news after his latest sitcom, "Back to You," was canceled. Grammer and his wife, Camille, began an online petition to help rekindle interest in the show.

"They have let it go," Grammer told The AP. "We were told all this time we were in good shape and we were coming back."
