"Arrrgh! I be hear for me custody hearin" '

Kevin Federline arrived at his custody hearing, pirate style. Swarmed by bodyguards, Federline arrived wearing a black patch over his right eye which was covered by a pair of sunglasses. Pirate couture! He spoke with his lawyers before the hearing got under way. No sign of Britney, who has suffered a few set-backs lately including the custodial loss of her children, misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run and a sex tape that was made without her knowledge.

The court ruled that K-Fed will retain custody of his children and Britney will get monitored visitation. The judge ruled that both parents must show for the next hearing -- referring to Britney's absence.

Spears and Federline were married in October 2004. Their divorce became official in July.
