Romance was in the air as reality TV cameras rolled for a future episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians as 250 guests including Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osbourne, Kobe Bryant, Chelsea Handler, Lara Spencer and Brittny Gastineau witnessed the nuptials.
