Kiefer Sutherland Busted for Second DUI

Once again, TMZ has broken the story on yet another celebrity DUI -- and this time Jack Bauer (aka Kiefer Sutherland) is coming back for sloppy seconds, earning his second DUI after his 2004 bust.

Sutherland was pulled over for making an illegal U-turn after partying at the FOX Fall Eco-Casino party at Area nightclub last night. After allegedly blowing more than twice the legal limit of .08, Sutherland was arrested and taken to the Hollywood Police Station where he was booked and released hours later on $25,000 bail.

Sutherland is scheduled to face a judge on Oct. 16. Because this is his second DUI, if convicted he must serve a mandatory minimum of five days in the clink.
