"Prison Break" actor Lane Garrison plead guilty to one count of vehicular manslaughter, one count of felony DUI with bodily injury and one misdemeanor count of providing alcohol to a minor. He also admitted his blood alcohol level was over .15, which could increase the sentence by eight months.
Based on the pleas, Garrison faces five years and eight months in prison. Sentencing has been set for August 2.
According to TMZ, Garrison's lawyer, Harland Braun, said that no sentencing deal has been struck. Braun added, "Lane fully expects to go to prison or jail. It's very unusual for anyone in our society to accept responsibility for anything."
Last December, Garrison was behind the wheel when his Land Rover jumped a curb and hit a tree, killing passenger 17-year-old Vahagn Setian and injuring two 15-year-old girls who were in the back seat. Garrison had met the Setian along with two girls that night at a party. Toxicology reports concluded that he was under the influence of cocaine and his blood alcohol level was two and a half times the legal limit.
