Lindsay Lohan Released From Rehab

Will Lindsay stick to the rules this time around? (AP Images)" /]

I know that many of you have lost sleep wondering what will become of Lindsay Lohan once she’s out of jail and rehab and well, you’ll be happy to know that Lindsay was released from rehab yesterday but she’s not out of the woods just yet and from the looks of it – it will be a tough road ahead. Judge Fox, who has been overseeing her case, put her under strict orders forcing her to remain under further treatment including psychotherapy and a 12-step program until November 1, 2010.

It seems that Judge Fox does not play around and upon her release from the UCLA treatment center, she has been ordered to:

*Receive psychotherapy four times a week.
* Meet 7 days a week with a mentor.
*Behavioral therapy 4 times a week.
*5 weekly visits to 12-step programs.
*Random drug testing twice a week.

Ouch! Well, it looks like she won’t have a lot of free time to do much else but to work toward her sobriety and sorting out her life. She will have to be on her best behavior up until November 1st but if she breaks any of these rules she will have to serve 30 days in jail. Oh! and one last condition - she is not allowed to leave the state of California until she follows through with the treatment.

According to Access Hollywood, Lohan’s lawyer told reporters that “she is very serious about her sobriety and that she looks forward to proving to the court that she is serious.”

Can Lindsay stick see her treatment through for another month or so? Well if she doesn’t we hope she’s at least made friends back in jail.

Will Lindsay follow-through with treatment? Will Tiger Woods remarry in 2010/2011?

Will the Heidi Montag/Spencer Pratt sex tape be released by Vivid Entertainment?
