Lindsay Lohan Sues Over E*Trade Baby Commercial

Lindsay Lohan is suing financial company E*Trade for a giant number she pulled out of her ass - eleventy billion $100 million - over an ad that aired during this year's Super Bowl. One of the babies in the commercial is named Lindsay and is referred to as a "milkaholic" and is accused of being the "other woman."

Lohan's lawyer argues, "Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay. They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."

Producers of the commercial argue that they "just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team."
