Melissa and Ade on 'So You Think You Can Dance'

Ellen DeGeneres was the guest judge on So You Think You Can Dance.

Although Ellen seems like a cool chick and all, we were hating her appearance as guest judge on SYTYCD. Each time she was set to make a comment, she made a terrible joke - not taking the critique of dancers seriously, trying harder to elicit laughs from the audience than offer thoughtful criticisms. At one point she told dancers, who had obviously worked hard on their performance that they were "rich and full-bodied" then she said, "or am I thinking of the wine I had before the show?" Of course, the audience and her fellow judges cracked up. But seriously - the emperor has no clothes, people. She just ain't funny.

Hits of the night included Melissa and Ade's piece choreographed by Tyce that is about a woman with breast cancer, which brought Nigel Lythgoe, Mia Micheals and Mary Murphy to tears.

Ellen said she felt privileged that she got to see the dance. She added, "It was just the most beautiful thing I've ever seen."

Also, Jeanine and Brandon got rave reviews after dancing to Jordin Sparks' "Battlefield." Jason and Kayla performed an awesome  Shane Sparks zombie-themed hip-hop routine.
