Michael Jackson Death Ruled a Homicide

Case closed. Sort of. (AP Images)"]
It's officially official people: Michael Jackson's death has been ruled a homicide and it looks like Dr. Conrad Murray is in a butt load of trouble. The coroner has cited a lethal combination of drugs was the cause of Jackson's death and this ruling makes it more likely that criminal charges will be filed against the dude who was there for administering the drugs, Jackson's physician Dr. Conrad Murray.
Dr. Murray told police that he would give Jackson 50 milligrams of Propofol every night through an IV because Jackson was an insomniac. He felt that Jackson might be getting addicted to the powerful drug, so he reduced the dosage to 25mg. The day of Jackson's death, Murray told cops Jackson was given a plethora of drugs including Valium, Lorazepam, Midazolam and Propofol.
TMZ reports, "Dr. Murray says he noticed that Jackson wasn't breathing at around 11 AM. He was then on the cell phone for 47 minutes with 3 separate calls, from 11:18 to 12:05. The 911 call came in at 12:21 PM - a much longer delay than originally reported."
Detectives are investigating whether Dr. Murray's action can be classified as negligence for an involuntary manslaughter charge.
The Jackson family has confirmed that Michael will be buried in a private ceremony at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, Calif. on September 3.
