TMZ is reporting that Mini-Me (Verne Troyer) has a sex tape. Reportedly, Troyer made the tape with an ex-girlfriend and is now shopping it around those shady celebrity sex tape brokers. So far, SugarDVD is offering $100K for the footage. That's a lot of finger condoms!
