MTV's 'The Hills' Season 4 Premieres Tonight

Nothing like a little ass shot to brighten up your Monday. And if you're looking for more, the fourth season of MTV's reality drama, The Hills, premieres tonight at 10 p.m. EST. While the show's leading lady, Lauren Conrad, has hinted that this may be the final season, fame-whoring couple, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, said that they'd be happy to take over the narrator duties and do a few more seasons.

"I think that maybe Lauren is tired of , but we're just beginning," Montag told Ryan Seacrest on his KISS-FM radio show on Monday. "We're not even remotely sick of it."

"Sometimes the narrator has to throw their hate up on the wall and pass the mic," Pratt added. "It's my favorite show. I love it. The Hills Season 10 is what I'm going for."

And to celebrate the return of her hit show, Montag released another single from her budding music career today as well. "Overdosin'," Montag says, "is about when you fall in love with someone... about how I feel about Spencer and my relationship."
