Nancy Kerrigan's Father Dies; Brother Arrested

Former Olympic skater  Nancy Kerriagn's 70-year-old father passed away, however, her brother was arrested in connection with his death. MY Fox Boston reports that Daniel Kerrigan was found unresponsive in his home and pronounced dead upon arrival to the hospital.  Daniel's son, Mark Kerrigan, who had been living with Daniel was arrested and charged with assault and battery on an elder with serious bodily injury. It is unclear whether further charges will be filed. Reportedly, there was a struggle on  Sunday night between 45-year-old Mark and Daniel.  

Daniel's  wife, Brenda, told the Boston Herald that her husband suffered a heart attack.
