TMZ is reporting that Nick Hogan will not fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury in court tomorrow. He will plead either guilty or no contest.
Hogan's "open plea" means the judge will have latitude in his sentencing and the victim and his family will have an opportunity to testify at a sentencing hearing.
The charges stem from an Aug. 26, 2007 wreck which seriously injured Nick's friend John Graziano — who has severe brain injuries and will probably require specialized care indefinitely. The Clearwater Police Department completed an extensive investigation into the causes of the crash and came to the conclusion that Nick was speeding and had also been seen drinking the night of the crash. The tolerance level for a driver under 21 is zero.
Hulk and the rest of Nick's family will be in Pinellas County court (Florida) tomorrow. The maximum penalty is five years in prison.
